The short version.
You are buying a seat at a live session plus the materials that come with it. Do the four things in the sprint, land no new client within 14 days, and I write you a refund check. I cannot promise you will make money, because that depends on your market and your work.
Agreement
These terms apply when you register for The Firewood Revenue Growth Engine or use this site. Registering means you accept them. They are between you and Hunter Guerin ("I", "me").
What you are buying
A live, online session on Monday, August 31 at 11:00 AM, running 60 min + 30 min Q&A, delivered over Zoom, together with the scripts, worksheets, forms and trackers referred to during the session.
If I have to move the date, I will tell you as far ahead as I can and you can either take the new date or ask for a full refund. If something outside my control stops the session happening at all, a full refund is the remedy.
Attendance and recordings
The session is built to be attended live, and the question-and-answer half is the part that only exists live. Nothing here entitles you to a recording. If you register and something comes up, email me and we will sort it out.
You may not record, restream or publish the session yourself without my written permission.
Price and payment
The price is $47, rising to $97 onAug 30. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payment is taken by Stripe; their terms cover the transaction itself. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
The guarantee
The guarantee is exactly this: build the research form, get your 100 responses, send the follow-ups, and send 20 texts a day. Track it. If you do all four and you have not landed a new client 14 days after the class, I write you a check for a full refund myself.
To claim it, email support@hunterguerin.com within 30 days of the class with your tracker so I can see the work was done. This is a do-the-work guarantee, so a claim without evidence of the four steps is not one I can honour. Outside the guarantee, payments are non-refundable.
Your materials
The scripts, forms, worksheets and trackers are licensed to you to use in your own business, for as long as you like. You may not resell them, publish them, share them with other businesses, or teach them as your own material.
No earnings promise
Anything I say about my own results, or the results of businesses I have worked with, is a description of what happened in those specific situations. It is not a promise, projection or guarantee of what you will earn. Your results depend on your market, your assets, your pricing and how much of the work you actually do. Firewood is a real business with real costs and real risk, and you could put the work in and still not make money. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
Conduct
Come to the live session ready to take part in good faith. I can remove anyone from a session, without a refund, for abusing me, another attendee, or the platform.
Liability
The session and materials are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything connected with this purchase is capped at the amount you paid, and I am not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
I may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you registered, and the current version always sits on this page with its date at the top.
