Privacy policy

Last updated 27 August 2026

The short version.

I collect your name and email when you register or sign up for something, and that is about it. I use it to deliver what you registered for and to email you. I do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. You can ask me to delete it at any time and I will.

Who this is

This site is run by Hunter Guerin ("I", "me"). If you have a question about anything on this page, email support@hunterguerin.com.

What I collect

Information you give me directly:

Information collected automatically:

I do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. I never see or store your card number.

How I use it

Who else sees your information

I use a small number of outside companies to run this. They only get what they need to do their job, and they are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:

Each of these has its own privacy policy covering what it does with data on its own systems. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Advertising

This site runs the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells me which pages you looked at and whether you clicked through to checkout or completed a registration, so I can tell whether my ads are working and show relevant ads to people like you. Meta receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you viewed, and may match that to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one.

When you complete a purchase, the confirmation page asks my own server for your first name so it can greet you, and sends Meta a one-way scrambled (hashed) versionof your email address and name so it can tell that the sale came from an ad it showed you. Meta cannot read the original values back out of a hash. Your actual email address, phone number and billing address are never sent to Meta and never reach your browser.

You can turn this off. Meta's ownad settings control how your activity is used for advertising, and most browsers and tracking-blocker extensions will block the pixel outright. Nothing on this site stops working if you block it.

Email

Every marketing email I send has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You will still get transactional email about something you actually bought, such as a receipt or joining instructions.

How long I keep it

Subscriber details stay until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Records tied to a purchase are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is generally several years.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email support@hunterguerin.com and I will handle it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection regulator. I do not sell personal information as those laws define it.

Children

This is a business offering for adults. It is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the services above are established providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure, so I cannot promise absolute security, but I do not keep more of your data than I need.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new date at the top.
